Frames pages in Word 2004 for Mac

Hi,
I use word on a pc often and am new to Mac. I am trying to create a frames
page on a web page document in ms office 2004 for Mac. When I click under
the format menu, the frames option is not listed, I have looked in just
about every menu and cannot find it anywhere. Anyone have any ideas?
