Frames Problem

Some time ago I created a document containing frames in Word2000. It worked
without a problem on a computer running Windows XP. I am now using another
computer running Windows Vista and Word2007 and am experiencing difficulties
with the transferred file. I have been saving the file as a Word97-2003
document.

The setup is: (1)Title.doc in a frame across the top of the page, (2)
Index.doc in a frame on the LHS below the Title, and (3) Text.doc in a third
frame on the RHS of Index. The 3 frames are part of Main.doc which is the
file that the user opens. Word2000 had a tool that created the setup. I
cannot find anything equivalent in Word2007 except an inadequate Frames
Command shortcut in Word> Options> Customize.

My problem is that I can edit Text.doc and get Index updated to match but am
unable to get Main.doc updated.

Thanks for your advice.

In the "All Commands" category, you can find New Frame Above, New Frame
Below (and similar commands for Left and Right) as well as New Frames Page.
Are those the commands you are looking for?

Also, don't forget the context menu: you can right-click an existing frames
page and choose Frame Properties.
