Frames, SEO and Frontpage

I've been reading quite a bit about the difficulties of
optimizing a framed website to improve search engine
rankings (...after I designed the entire site using
frames, of course!) and am looking for solutions to
prohibit orphaned frames or other issues that could
arise. I've located both some HTML and Java codes, but
I'm a novice using FrontPage and have little
understanding of the code or where to place it within the
HTML code. Also, do I need to update all pages, or just
the initial framed home page. Any suggestions or advise
is appreciated.
