frames to overlap?

Right - I've created a cell at 760 pixels wide, and stuck
two frames in, one for a header, the other for a TOC. Why
is it they wont overlap?

I'd like to make the top header and TOC the same colour
but it looks daft if they dont join up.

What have I missed?

Check your table/cell properties, and remove any cell padding or spacing.

Please note that I think you are refering to "cells" when you say "frames".
A frame is a specific type of HTML construct, a "cell" is a box within a
table that can hold text, pictures and other objects.

You'd get better answers if you do not confuse the terminology.

(Also, posting a link or URL to the page you are working on is usually way
faster than trying to describe in detail how you built the page.)
