frameset and default pages.

I have a non-framed index page with a menu. When I click on one of the
menu-buttons I would like the browser to open the frameset and load the
corrosponding pages depending on witch button I choose. How do I make this
work? You can only have one default page for each frame, right? Do I have to
make another frameset?
