Framework X library

Upon loading word, excel & ppt of office X, "an unexpected error occurred
upon loading the framework x library" message appears. Its fine as admin and
local acc, but as a student workgrp acc, no joy. It does not not create the
"microsoft User data" folder in the "documents" folder like other local accs.
Have tried reinstalling office x, same. Same on 4 diff emacs. Also Internet
explorer starts to load and then bombs out, presume the problems are related.
Any ideas??

Hi GD,

Go to Google.com, click on Groups and then on Advanced Groups Search. Enter
the word "framework" (no quotes) in the 'subject contains' line and enter
*mac.office.word (with the asterisk) in the line that says to return
messages from the following newsgroup. You'll find the best information we
have (which may or may not help).

Also, be sure you have fully updated Office X and see the following URL for
general troubleshooting procedures:

(If using Safari, hit Refresh once or twice; or use Internet Explorer for
