Franklin Day Planner Compact

Outlook 2003 has options for printing Franklin Day Planners in Monarch and
Classic sizes, but not the Compact size. Can anyone tell me how to print
daily calendars in the Compact size for insertion into my Franklin Covey
binder? The page size is 4.25x6.75.
