OK, I have been the eternal optiomist, buying all three versions of
PlanPlus (from franklin planner) over the past few years. Always
praying that they wil produce a decent software package. I am not
trying to start a flame war here, but it is still missing what I
consider to be crucial functionality. So I am ready to give up.

BUT I like the basic print format of frankin, so, I am looking for
anyone who might be able to help me figure out how to print (from
outlook) a day on 2 pages, wiht the calendar and tasks on the left
page, and the notes from the appts on the right hand page.

Is there a template or method for doing this? If I could I dont really

need the FP PlanPlus software. (I dont really do the whole
Goals/compass thing in this tool)

thanks for any guidance you can give me

Michael,

Select PlanPlus on the menu bar and choose print from the dropdown menu.
After selecting Daily Pages in the subsequent dialog box, you have the option
of customizing the printed product as you've explained. The dialog box gives
you the option of a very good Print Preview, so you can make sure you'll get
exactly what you want.

If you choose Print from the File menu, you will not get the printing
functionality PlanPlus gives you.

I hope this helps you.

thanks for the constructive comment Bill.

Unfortunatly I am doing that , it just seems that PlanPlus wont print
from a recurring Appt. Notes field. Bummer, I ahve submitted to
FranklinCovey tech support.

I actaully found a way to work with the current outlook print formats,
taht will support my Franklin cvoey/David Allen GTD hybrid approach to
time Mgmt. so I am good, but AGAIN, thank for taking the time to help.
