Can someone tell me why labels appear gray for certain users when setting up a meeting request for Outlook 2003? Usually the Busy, Tentative, Out of Office or No info label shows up for each person with no problems but on some users, there is a gray bar that is displayed. Is this an unknown user defined label? I've set all the users to publish there free/busy time to 6 months and to update the server every 15 minutes.
