Free/Busy does not work - At all

I get "the file upload has been cancelled" on every attempt. I am the administrator here and I have setup a site for this on a Win2K machine IIS. I have tried it as it's own site, as a virtual directory within a site, as a subweb, as an ftp site and for all those mentioned I ensured that 100% full control access was given to the test account/user I was trying it with. It never worked. I then added the test account to the operators group for the main parent site - same problem. Added the test user account to domain administrators group - same problem...

What in the hell am I missing here?
