My environment is as follows:
Mixed Mode Exchange in Win2K Active Directory

1 Site
1 Exchange 2003 server
1 Exchange 5.5 Server
Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 clients (some with cached exchange
enabled some not using cached exchange)
All mailboxes reside on the Exchange 2003 server in various mailbox
stores. The old 5.5 server is now only providing internet mail
connectivity. It will be decommissioned soon.
We have a number of meeting room mailboxes whose calendars that do not
display their Free/Busy information past the end of the year. (Today
is Nov 25, 2004) The default setting of 2 months to publish free busy
time has been changed to 12 months from within the rooms mail profile
but I can't view free/busy past December 31st. I have had the
delegates of the meeting room mailboxes change their own Free/Busy
settings to publish 12 months as well the same as the rooms mailbox
but this did not help. When I try to book the room for say January
30th, 2005 all I can see is the \\\\\\\ No Information in the –
"Invite Event" meeting dialog box. This issue seems to have started
during our migration of mailboxes from the Exchange 5.5 server to the
Exchange 2003 server. Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
