Free/Busy Error

I have a user that is trying to access another person's calendar running Outlook 2003, but she continuously gets the following error "Unable to open Free/Busy Information" when trying to open a line to add an appointment. She doesn't have this problem when opening other person's calendars. I have found that running the following from a command prompt "outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy" will allow her to access the calendar fully, but its only temporary, as the error will return at any given time. She has also been given delegate permissions on that person's Outlook 2003 client but for whatever reason, she will disappear from his delegates at any time. Any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.
