We have users running either Windows XP or Windows 2000 workstations with
Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2000. We have an Exchange 2003 environment.
My question is, we have users that show up in the schedule meetings
free/busy block that actually states the content of their meeting when you
hover over their block of time.
How do we fix this? It doesn't seem to be a common OS or Outlook revision.
It is happening to both. This doesn't happen for everyone. We have also
made sure that the person scheduling the meeting does not have delegate
rights to the other members calendar.
I am not finding much in the knowledge base, anything you can provide is
appreciated. Thanks.
