Free/busy information slow to refresh

We have a few users having this problem in Outlook 2002
(Exchg 2000). When they plan a meeting periodically they
cannot see the free/busy information for some users (they
see "No Information" hashed marks, with no error
message). But if they wait 5 - 10 minutes, the free/busy
information will show up. This is only happening to 2 or
3 poeple and does not happen to every meeting they plan.
Also the invited attendees beiing affected vary.
Sometimes the same invitee's free/busy displays
immediately, the next time they see No Information hashed
marks for 10 minutes or so. Thank You!
