Free/ Busy Information

One of my users is getting the following error when
trying to put a meeting on her boss's Calendar:
Unable to save free/busy information. Unable to open the
free/busy information.

She had an Editor permissions. So, what could be the
reason for that? And how it can be fixed? Please
advise. Thanks.
