This seems to be a common problem, and I've yet to see an definative
answer to why this behaviour happens.
The issue, when people go to book appointments, users who are
relatively new show as 'no free/busy information available' in the
scheduling tab.
Why? Being new users they have yet to create any calendar entries. As
soon as they do, then suddenly their free/busy information is
published.
Why is this?
We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 (natively) and a mix of Outlook
2000/2003 clients. It's my belief (although I can't validate it) that
this never happened when we ran Exchange 5.5.
