Free/busy on additional mailboxes

Tim

We have a number of additional Exchange 2003 mailboxes that we use to
schedule conference rooms; all of our users have Outlook 2003 and no one
actually logs in as these accounts. Is there a way I can adjust the
free/busy availability (currently 2 months, but needs to be 12) without
logging in to each account and making the adjustment that way? Any help you
can provied would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

How did you configure the resource mailboxes? You may want to see this page for a better idea for managing resources:

After furious head scratching, Tim asked:

They're set up so a moderator monitors the mailboxes, and that person can
view the Calendar; it's just being able to see the Free/Busy information when
trying to schedule these resources that is the problem.
