Free/Busy problems with only recurring meetings

Hi I have a problem with the free/busy information and recurring meetings
only. The free/busy information does not show when checking the availability
- single appointments are OK.

I'm able to login as the mailbox and run /cleanfreebusy and this works for a
short period of time, but then information disappears again.

Environment is Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2. The meetings have
set recurrance end dates and free/busy information is published for 6 months
updating every 15 minutes.
