Free/busy publish/set up in Outlook 2002

I am trying to publish my users free/busy info to a folder
on my website. I have created the folder and permissioned
it for username password access.
When I set up my Outlook 2002 client to access it using
ftp://username[email protected]/freebusy/username.vf
b, and then try to publish the free/busy information, I
get an error message - An error occured publishing your
free/busy data. Write operation failed at URL:
ftp://username[email protected]/freebusy/username.vf
b.

Here is the mystery. When I set up my Outlook 2003
clients with the exact same information, it works
perfectly.

What am I missing in Outlook 2002?

Any help greatly appreciated

You said it works with Outlook 2003. Can you get it so
you can view the calendar through a webpage?
