Free/Busy Service

I've asked for help on this feature several times with no responses. Is this
a "feature" that just isn't used or doesnt' work? If anyone has been able to
get it to work, please point me in the right direction as I'm having a devil
of a time myself.

If you are not connected to an Exchange server then the Free/Busy
information will not be available.

Are you sure about that? According to the books I have, the Free/Busy
Service can be used without Exchange. In the past you could use the MS
Office Internet F/B Service, but MS doesn't support it any more, but
supposedly you can still share the info through various Internet protocols
(FTP, HTTP or file URLs). I've tried the latter across my network and that's
the one I can't get to work.
