Free/busy status on public Folders

J

john

I have been trying to set up resources for my staff. I have public folders
already established I would like have them be able to see the free/busy when
they are scheduling any of these items. At this time they can see them in the
address book but when they go to schedule a meeting it doe not show free and
busy times that are already there. I am runn ing exchange server 2003
enterprise edition.
Thank you for you help.

The only way to see f/b status for a public folder is through a group schedule item. This is normal and expected.
