Free/Busy time not showing

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

When I schedule a meeting I am not able see the free/busy time. I have exactly the same settings as a colleague of mine, & he can view these OK. I can't even see my own free/busy time.

Any ideas, other than creating another Exchange profile?
