Free/Busy Timezone Problem

I'm having problems with the Free/Busy Scheduling tab not being
corrected for the timezone the event was created in.

In the mail view, the time of the event is:
Friday, October 21, 2005 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (GMT-05.00) Eastern Time (US
& Canada) (2:00 PM Locally)

When I click on "Show Calendar Event", I see that the start time is
3:00pm-4:00pm, and I get an warning that "Event and computer time zones
do not match", which is to be expected.

However, when I click on the scheduling tab, I see that the free/busy
information was not corrected for the timezone of the event. I still
see the purple meeting block from 3:00-4:00, but the blocks for
everybody's tenatively accepted box for the event is an hour earlier,
from 2:00-3:00.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? This is very unintuative.

As a followup, I changed my local system to Eastern Time. After I
restarted Entourage, the free/busy information was correct. The purple
bar and everybody's tentatively accepted box is from 3:00-4:00.

It seems that the free/busy server is always displaying the time in
Eastern Time. Is there any way to force Entourage to adjust the offset?
