Hello...
I run a Windows Server with Exchange 2003. All my users have Outlook 2003.
Users track their schedules in Outlook. When I schedule meetings, I'm able
to see when people are free/busy, etc... Our receptionist needs the ability
to see the Availability status of all the employees in the company (about 20
and growing) in one shot, so that, for example, she can tell people when
people will be back in the office, etc. I have not found a slick and easy
way to do this.
The only thing I know works is to set up a meeting request for everyone in
the office and look at the scheduling tab, but this is rather cumbersome. Is
there a way to simply open a window which shows the availability of all staff
and resources in bar graph form?
Thanks in advance.
