Free/busy

Brian

I have two XP home machines with Outlook 2000 on a
network. I have a separate server, on which I have set
up a WebDAV server so that I could have the work stations
post the Outlook Free/Busy time there. I have followed
the instructions from XP Home Help on how to use the Web
Publishing Wizard, and added the WebDAV server as a
folder available on each workstation's My Network Places
using the XP Home Web Publishing Wizard. I have set up
the Free/Busy in Outlook as instructed, with Internet
Only Mail, and the proper URL listed in the Publish
Free/Busy information. When I choose tools,
send/receive, free/busy information, I get the following
message: "An error occurred publishing your Internet
free/busy data. To save your calendars as a web page,
you must first install the interent explore web
publishing wizard. To install this component, go the
Control Panel and choose Add/Remove Programs, select
Microsoft Internet Explorer, click the add/remove button,
and add the Web Publishing Wizard. Alternatively, you
can download the Web Publishing Wizard from the Microsoft
windows web site."

As XP Home includes the Web Publishing Wizard, and I am
able to confirm that it works by creating the My Network
Places webfolder, why can't/won't Outlook 2000 recognize
the URL and work? I have all of the latest patches
installed to both Outlook 2000 and to XP. I have also
reviewed the www.slipstick.com website, all to no avail.

I would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks. Brian
