Free/busy

I have been trying to understand the free/busy option for Outllok 2003 and am
completely confused. We have 3 computers that we would like to be able to
see each other's calendars to check each other's availablity before we
schedule meetings.

I have an ftp site that we can upload info to. I am confused as to how to
set it up so that the info gets to it. Could someone walk me through the
process (like the idiot I am)?

Thanks for the link.. I have indeed read that article. I tried setting up
my ftp site (which also uses a username and password - and I am fairly sure
that I have that set up correctly). I have my outlook set to publish to
ftp://username[email protected]

Have I done this right? Many of the examples that I have found online use
the example : ftp://My server/Freebusy/My name.vfb

DO I need to create additional foleders on my FTP site? When I set the
place that I want to publish to, do I need to add to what I currently have -
i.e. add the "myname.vfb" part as in the examples? And if so, does the "my
name" part realte to the name of my computer or to my email??

Hence my original question about being walked through it.. I am almost
positive that there is not a published articel that I have not read.
