Free/Busy

Hello,

Our executives do not want anyone to be able to see if they are free or busy
accept their secretaries, how can I make this happen?

Exchange Enterprise 2003 SP2
Outlook 2003 SP3

Thanks!

Have them set their Free/Busy Publishing to zero (0) months.
This is done in the Outlook Menu: TOOLS, OPTIONS,
CALENDAR OPTIONS, FREE/BUSY OPTIONS.

However, their secretaries will have to open their calendars
to see if they are free as they will publish NO free/busy
information.

Right click on the Calendar folder and click on Properties and then select
Permissions Tab. Add the secretary to executive Calendar with Reviewer
Permission Level and set Default and Anonymous to None.

Before I posted this I tried this method but I also set the time to zero and
got an error, thanks. This will do.
