free domain hosting

Hello, I was wondering if anyone already had some good ideas on free web hosts. I am trying to find a web host that will either host a domain name for free or a subdomain for free. I would prefer to host a domain name. I also would like the capability to add scripts either asp,php,cgi or perl just one will do. I want to add some scripts like geustbook and so on. This site is not for business it is for a memorial site of a families stillborn child. Thanks for any help.
