Hi,
I like that most of your support web pages has a request for feedback.
Filling out the feedback request is time consuming, yet important. Why not
offer an incentive to people to provide feedback? E.g., if someone provides
some serious feedback, they earn one free tech support incident over the
phone.
I hope you implement this.
