Free tools to convert Domino nsf file to Outlook pst

anyone have the software (preferable free) that can convert lotus domino R6
nsf file to Outlook pst file?

Have you looked at the types of files that Domino can export to, say ..csv or .txt, that can be imported into Outlook?
