Free Trial Issue

Hello, I just downloaded the Publisher 2007 free trial, recieved the email
with the trial key, and was able to open the program. However, when I try to
start a New project nothing will open...I keep getting the response '
Publisher cannot complete the operation'. What can I be doing wrong?

Did you activate the trial?
Do you have a default printer selected?
Try opening Publisher as the administrator.
