Free upgrade?

Is there going to be a FREE upgrade path for recent purchasers of Office
2003? Where is this info available?

Is that as long as you purchased Office 2003 at retail? Is there a time
period in which you had to purchase Office 2003 to qualify for the upgrade?

The dates vary depending on the country where you live. And just so you
know, it's not completely free. You will pay a $10 shipping and handling
fee. I think the program is good for US purchases dating back to Oct 26, but
I could be wrong.

shipping + sales tax) for puchases of Office between Oct 26 2006 and Feb 28
2007.
