Free Upgrade

Any advice how I can get the free upgrade 2003 Pro Upgrade
from Microsoft? I was supposed to get it when I bought
the Microsoft XP Professional. The place I bought the XP
Professional packet from said I had to get the free
upgrade from Microsoft. How?
