Hi Arrowspace,
You may want to also post this in the Office:Mac newsgroup

The technology guarantee coupon for the upgrade
http://microsoft.com/mac/default.aspx?pid=office2004tg
does allow a copy of your sales receipt but not for the Authenticity label.
There is a phone number in that coupon document you may wish to
call to find out for sure although my guess is they'll want something
original to keep from having multiple requests come in for the upgrade

I have purchased the Office V.X for my MAC. It's supposed to come with a free upgrade to Office 2004 when released. The form says I
have to send in the Certificate of Authenticity from the original boxtop. Can I just send in a photocopy, or does it have to be cut
from the actual box? >>

I hope this helps you,
