FreeBusy and Entourage

I¹m banging my head against the wall here.

I have exchange 2003 sp2
Entourage 11.3.6

A lot of my users have multiple email aliases.
If you invite that user using their Primary Exchange email alias and view
free/busy you will see the proper free busy information

If you invite that user with any sub email aliases. You will get grey
information for Free/Busy. This occurs even if I view myself as I too have
about 4 email aliases.


So my question is. Is this typical? Or do my exchange admins need to do
their homework and fix the issue?
Is there a fix?

Well, I have no way to play with that as well and test it here, but it
*looks* like a server issue.....
