Freeing up previous licenses question.

Hi,
I have a client who has 10 PCs with MS Office 2003 Basic (the full, not OEM
license) and they want to put MS Office 2003 Pro on these PC's (full, not
OEM). When they put the Pro on the PC's, it should free up the Basic
Licenses, shouldn't it?
Is there some process I need to follow to ensure these Basic Licenses get
free'd up as they want to use them for new PC's in the future.

Nope, MS Office 2003 Basic is preinstall only, in effect an OEM issue.

Note Licenses for the 2003 release of Office acquired preinstalled on
new computers are single-computer licenses that cannot be transferred or
installed on another computer.
