freez or blurs if I move it the formot

Hi All,

I try hide worksheet with macro (visible=xlverryHidden)


If I hide the "fields" worksheet or at the moment not active this is
worksheet and userfrom is runnig then the userform is frozen or,
meantime of move blurs....

I try resolve this problem with nex line:
Sheets("fields").Activate
Worksheets("fields").Select

My opinion the below macro which can be found causes it problem:

First:
