freeze panes in "save as web page"

Hi,

We're saving an excel 2003 file (w/ no interactivity) to be hosted on a web
server. It has 3500 rows, so obviously being able to always see the header
row would be great.

Is there a way this can be done?

Thanks, I did "freeze panes" but when the excel file is saved as HTML, it
doesn't keep the setting.
