Freeze Panes

Is there something similar to the 'freeze panes' of excel
that you can use in an Access form. I have several fields
in a form and need to scroll right, but I lose one
important field when I do this. Is there a solution?

You can use the "Freeze Columns" command under the Format Menu of the
DatasheetView. I don't think there is anything like that in normal Form
View.
