Freeze Panes

I have a long form that Users would not be able to see the headings when
scrolling down. I fixed that by alowing users to page through the data with
previous and next buttons. I created a second view for printing that shows
everything. How do I force infopath to display a header on a page break. I
would like some fixed text along with a repeating table to display at the top
of each page break.

Thanks for the help. Is there a vbscript version of this. My infopath is
set to use vbscript and I already have vbscript code in it. I will look at
trying to convert it but If I could find a vbscript version it would be
apreciated.
