Freezing Clipart

I hope somebody can help me

I have installed Office XP and SP1 and SP2 onto a Windows 2000 workstation

when I try to insert clipart into either word or powerpoint the application
freezes

and help would be appreciated

Open Clip Organizer go to Tools | Select Compact

many thanks for your support, I shall try tomorrow when I'm back in the
office

I have made the change, the results have improved, albeit only slightly.

I am now just using the clip organiser and screen refresh whilst looking at
returned results is sluggish

my workstation has 256MB and clipart is the only application running, my
internet connection is broadband so I don't think the delay is there.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
