Freezing Rows and Columns

Having trouble attempting to Freeze both a row and a column
at the same time. It takes one and drops the other. Any
suggestions would be much appreciated.

If you select say B2, and freeze panes, you get a row and a column.

Select just the corner cell, not the whole row or whole column
