freezing text

I am working on a document which shows two paragraphs on
page 3 and actually, those paras are on page 4 which are
visible there as were. But, when I print page 4 has those
para(which is correct) and on page 3 para are not printed.
My question is why those paras are showing on 3rd page.

If I understand you correctly (a little proof-reading wouldn't hurt!) you
have some paragraphs that display on page 3 but are actually on page 4.
Display is wrong, print-out is correct.

Word has a display bug relating - in my experience, anyway - to paragraphs
with 'Page break before' set. The display seems not to keep up with Word's
repagination, and sometimes appears to leave some paragraphs on the
preceding page, although the following page is displayed correctly.
Switching display modes (to normal and back) or simply scrolling down a page
seems to fix it.

Sometimes, though, this can be a symptom of incipient document corruption.
Preventive measures wouldn't hurt. See
