Freezing when using the autofilter function

My worksheet's autofilter function frequently freezes when
filtering data. It will happen on large and small
worksheets. I have to unfilter and refilter to regain
filtering capabilities (sometimes I have to filter and
unfilter several times before it will begin working
again). Any suggestions?

***DELETE THIS THREAD PLEASE!!!!!!!! If anyone reads this
that knows how to delete this thread PLEASE do so. I'm
getting hundreds of spam virus emails every day because I
posted on this newsgroup (the biggest mistake of my life).
