French Dictionary Default

Please note that after reinstalling MS Office, the dictionary seems to
default to the Canadian French dictionary when I want US English. Under the
tools/options area it is set for US English so I'm not sure why this is
happening. Also if I disable my signature there is no problem. I have also
deleted the signature and redone it with the same problem.

Any idea why this is happening?
