French Dictionary missing (Spell Check)

Has anyone found the French Dictionary engine on
microsoft's website? If not, is there a way to aquire the
French languange engine for spell checking?

We're running OS 9.2.2 here, the only available languages
are English and Austrialian. Since Outlook 2001 is only
available for download, I assume that the French
dictionary was excluded.
