French/english Keyboard problems

Hi, I have loaded office to allow me to use both a French and QWERTY
keyboard. However, I am having problems when using the QWERTY.

If I use Excel the formula's only recognise the French system i.e. using the
"," instead of the "." it won't calculate with a decimal.
In work if I try to type the quotation marks (above 2) it returns the French
quotation marks of << >>.

Has anyone any ideas.

Thanks

The decimal sparator depends not on the keyboard, but on regional settings.
Look in Control Panel, Regional & Language options, Formats and Location
tabs in Vista, Regional Options tab in XL.
