French Grammer Checker upgrade: I receive a "Failed Installation".

System: WinXP Pro, SP2 with all post-SP2 updates applied; 1GB RAM, 80GB SATA
HD, Asus P4P800 motherboard; Office 2003 with all available updates applied.
I have followed the "failed installation" advice from Microsoft, yet this
upgrade does not work. Folks, any ideas? Merci.
