Hi,
In office 2003 we can use the option speech that alouds
you to write what you say. Did exists a speach
recognition in French Language and if it exists could you
send me the file

As you have noted, Office 2003, English version recognizes English.

In order to have recognition of French speech, you will have to buy Office
2003, French version.
