frequency function

Ok, I can use the frequency function. Now, is there a simple way to calculate
what the averages are for the different segments of the distribution?

It isn't too hard to do this by sorting on the column and manually choosing the
sections then calculating the averages but automating this would be more
elegant.

For instance, 30% of the cells are between 20 and 50 but what is the average
amount of that 30%?

Did the suggestions I gave not work?
